View Full Version : I toyed – TOYED – with the possibility that in current form this is the most mesmerising

Arsenal side I have seen.

Not the best, obviously, but the composition of the team with four small, technical players constantly interchanging is hypnotic.

I'm actually finding it hard to distinguish between a lot of our players during games at the moment (despite having a virtual bird’s eye view at the Emirates), not because they look physically the same but because my eyes simply can’t keep up with their movement.

Steve Bould must be turning in his seat.

Verily indeed did the night sparkle with the elegance of touch and movement in midfield. Surely no-one in the stands should have been worrying about the cold and wanting to go home. Should have scored more goals, of course, but two-nil does seem to be our shtick at the moment.

Fabregas / van Persie era.

There's a genius on here who's name escapes me who used to moan about the 'tipp-tappy- ****, and earlier this season declared joyously that 'tippy-tappy' **** is dead'.

He must have been gutted last night.

Which is obviously fine, albeit a shame.

Not often we get that pointed out to us quite so early in the season. wd The Tigers fans.

We've given ourselves the best chance we could hope for with the form to date.

Otherwise we're on a par, similarly Chelsea.

Personally i think City will win the League, just surprised by the conviction with which Sir C has commented.
