I have an appraisal soon. I was asked if I wanted to fill in the optional self appraisal and I said

no.

Though it's optional they don't seem very happy that I said no.

:shrug: say it's mandatory then.

They normally do the raise and the bonus at this appraisal. I have no idea what sort of figures it is. People very tight lipped around this office.
