Also what is the traditional food of Hull? (Is it Hull? Or Wigan?)

Hillary

Does that help?

Unfortunately I didn't stay for breakfast, so I can't help with the culinary aspect of your question.

It's a horrible place, C. A man from Hull once told me "The Humber is the arse of England, and Hull is eight miles up it"

Great little seafood restaurant opposite the hotel, which was itself a quintessential little English coaching inn, right by the abbey. Minster. Whatever it is.

The people used to warn us never to approach Hull. Under any circumstances.

I once landed long and hot in an S2B and applied hard right rudder just before ploughing into the ditch at the end of 12. Good timez.
