i cant lose any weight when swimming..unless of course you put the scales in the pool and use the floatation properties of water :-)

find swimming makes me eat loads and have hot chocolate afterwards :-) but maybe thats more mental connection to having that after swimming as a kid? i should give it a proper go I guess.. but Rebecca addlington and some swimmers still quite chubby but you dont see any fat on a marathon runner or tour de france cyclist ?
