So here's the deal. A friend of mine chose Spurs (idiot) long ago. This August, after our first loss, he decided to bet me $1000 that spurs would finish higher than The Arsenal. I tried not to look too excited when accepting. After we beat Spurs I asked if he would double the bet. No dice.

So at this stage, in the effort to extract as much money as possible, I endeavour to propose another bet... Another bet with odds.

So my query, given the lack of this sort of information here, is what sort of odds would make it fair for both sides?

To put it simply, what would be the odds of Spurs finishing ahead of The Arsenal?

but, extracting another thou would not be unreasonable, given his BOLD pronouncement that Spurs would finish ahead of The Arsenal.

The man made his bed, now he has to lie in it. My objective is to set the parameter of his faith in Spurs. The man is incorrigible.

our offense hasn't jelled yet. But we can lose both afgainst the Broncos and still win the division.
