that has reduced his kidneys to Diaby-esque levels of functionality.
If it drops any less, he'll need dyalisis, which at his age gives him a life expectancy of four years. If he refuses dyalisis (which he has said he would consider) he faces a miserable, painful death.
What would you do, Awimb?

Surely if this were the case the karma gods would have chosen someone who I see more than once a year at Christmas and who, when I do see him, usually offends me by telling me my beard looks ****.

And they can be easily obtained in countries with a less than reputable medical system ie money talks.
Bad luck win your Uncle btw.....1 in 150,000...what a suck out.
