You switch on the computer log in go through this awkward ordering process then you forget what password you picked so you have to go through all the **** of checking your emails for new one. Then you are not really confident the order has gone through our not.
Even worse if you try to do it on a smartphone app. horrendous things.
I try to collect the stuff or call them when I can.
