Points gained in the matches between all three, which will most likely be 2 wins and 2 loses for all concerned, it will then go on who has the best goal difference from those games between the teams tied on points. If they still can't be seperated it then goes to goals scored.

as far as simply qualifying is concerned

We lose by more than 2 goals in Naples and we are almost certainly out. To be sure we need to beat Marseille and get a point in Naples

A defeat tonight and we still would have needed a win against Marseille and a point in Naples. Weird

Even if we lost against Napoli. If we had lost tonight that wouldn't be the case.
