Looking after the tyres and getting the team to call the pit strategy is the same in F1 too. I like open-wheel racing on ovals (Indycar) but 45 overweight, overpowered, under-engineered 3.5 tonne bricks droning round in a pack and spending 90% of their time looking in the mirror just doesn't do it for me. And I've tried for years to appreciate it.

Still, looking forward to seeing the F1 in Texas again soon. Decent race last year.

I loved him as a player but he makes me want to grate my ears off every time I hear him speak now.
