He does well a game here and a game there, I'd call him a very good squad player, but I keep waiting for more. I'm waiting for him to take a succession of games by the scruff of the neck - which isn't too much to ask from our highest paid player (unless Ozil has pipped him now I don't know.)

It is so unfortunate that a player of his ability still had this many weaknesses in his game and his attitude. It says something when a limited player like chamakh was a better option than him.
