Mourinho loses lawsuit against MARCA

The judge that sits in Court number 97 in Madrid has thrown out the lawsuit brought against chief MARCA journalist Roberto Palomar by former Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho.
The judge's decision concluded that "no illegitimate interference has taken place and the freedom of information and expression of the party accused must be upheld, for that reason the case has to be dismissed".
The former Real coach had brought the lawsuit against the paper for the use of the expression: "Mourinho is the typical person that would leave the scene of an accident", within the column 'No me gustan los lunes' (I don't like Mondays).
