We win it with a reasonably large section of first teamers and go into the game vs L'pool with high morale but a bit tired. 9/10
We lose it with a large section of first team players and go into the game vs L'pool with low moral and a bit tired. 4/10
We put out a team of 'not quiters' and get battered and go into the game vs L'pool fresh as daisies but on a downer. 2/10
And not just the 'pool game either, tonight could have ramifications beyond, when we go on a spiral we seem to take ages to pull out.
We need to win this game not because of the status of the cup but for the lift and boost it will give us going into the next three games.
Come on you reds.
Right, gonna stop pretending to work now and head off for a bite in the Euro cafe before the pub!!!!
