It's like red wine with prawns. Like licking the inside of a metal tube.

I actually still eat most of this, I just follow the Berni method. Train more.

I do eat less chocolate, though.

My own special macaroni cheese. Just macaroni and a big slab of grated cheese, mixed and baked for 20 mins.

salt, pepper and perhaps a crushed clove of garlic if you fancy it, add the oil a drop at a time until it starts to emulsify... but you know this stuff, a! Perhaps it's your oil. I think groundnut works best.

Luis Anaconda

never again. They can do kettle chips and a decent balsamic vinegar flavour crisps but that is about it. Until last week, the supermarket I shopped in had small packets of Walkers in but no more

It's the only use that salad cream has in a civilised society, but it does work. Makes your potato salad infinitely sharper and mustard and more interesting. And you don't have to deal with that weird texture salad cream has.

Would pickled onion Space Raiders not do? They'd never get soggy due to having no natural ingredients and having a half-life of 40,000 years.

I must have dormant mad cow the amount of crappy beef products we ate back then.

Iceland did these bacon burgers that were full of cheese. Hideous really but oh so tasty if you were in the right state
