View Full Version : Pity Santi didn't spot Ozil when he went left instead of passing to the right

but on the whole I'm not too disappointed, weren't outplayed and should have got at least a point

truth be told, this is where our injury issues came to the fore, some players looked jaded, Ramsey for one. With the rub of the green we would have grabbed a deserved point.
How we bounce back is the issue now & in the past, mentally, this has been a weakness. I don't think it will be this time round though.
I also like the fact that Wenger has been a little bit critical rather than jumping to the teams defence which he often does, certainly a sea change there.

I thought I read that the fan who smashed up Piebury corner was a 42 year old English guy from Loughton or something?

Jason Philpott, 42, from Gosport in Hampshire

Doesn't seem very Italian to me.

Press get hold of a great story that those pesky foreigners are smashing up an Arsenal place.

The only person charged is clearly not an Italian. But this later story doesn't make it into the widespread news as much as the original story as it doesn't fit the brief.

think about this, Italians run away then get on a plane home, do you think the Met Police have time to go to Italy when they struggle to deal with thugs in London yet alone abroad.

Didn't the police have 2 hours whilst those pesky Italians were in the game to work out who they wanted?

it was all caused by some bloke in Loughton & the Italians had nothing to do with it. The shop owner is clearly making it all up as are the other 50 odd people that were in the shop at the time but Marve knows as he wasn't there
