could you have imagined Per Mertesacker asserting himself as one of the most in-form defenders in the league? Yes easily Only Laurent Koscielny, the underrated hero of the charge for third place, has maintained a steady heading, still consistently turning out performances of the highest quality. I love Laurent but I wouldn't say his early season form was "steady"
