Still persisting with Lampard/Gerard though.
even Kyle Walker had a decent game apart the complete brain fade to pick up a yellow card

Most of their losses were due to the self-serving incompetence and stupidity of their leadership. Plus, of course, old Uncle Joe was killing almost as many as the Germans.
