I am appalled by their customer service and just had enough.
I might not pay at all since I am f**king off anyway.

They send me bill and I pay the correct amount.
Now they want a different amount. so I said send me the bill then.
No we've sent you it already.
I said yes I've received it and I've paid it. So please send one explaining what money is outstanding please.

'NO we've sent it already'

I will put it quite simple for them.

Sort this problem out or you will not receive a penny for any remaining bills.

Because I really don't care if they put it on my credit file.
As I am off.

Do we have a extradition agreement with Canada? Can it be used for owing a few grand?

but you must give them your facebook log in details :hehe:

So if you don't pay them back they will hassle your friends.

country if you've deliberately labelled yourself a recent defaulter in your old one.

I'd blacklist you, for one thing.

I find this unfair. I don't see why I should have to be financially out of pocket for an error.

I've taken this very high and thought I had come to an arrangement. But it had reared it's ugly face once again.
