by a GP with premature menopause (VERY serious, obviously). It later transpired that he had MISREAD her hormone levels and the diagnosis was then downgraded to polysystic ovarian syndrome (very common and treatable).

So we went along to a consultation expecting to have that confirmed and to be told what drugs she'd have to take, etc. They do a quick scan for the cysts, and what do they see? A (approximately) 10 week old featus.

It later transpired that, at an earlier conssultation, they had given her a pregancy test (twice). Both came up positive but they failed to inform us and the results got lost in the system.
