Firstly, I truly doubt the veracity of the info in the article. There is no way the BCBS could know what he is going to get under Obamacare since the exchanges didn't open until 1/10 and there is trouble from all corners getting in.. and the news is bad for most.

But for the purpose of this post I accept this all as true.

Under Obamacare this is EXACTLY the guy who is going to make out like a bandit. His insurance will be cheap, relative to his health situation. and in liberal fake world all would be fine.

Unfortunately, this is the real world and somebody must pay for the costs that Butch, here is not paying for. Therein lies the rub. In order to cover all the costs for Butch's health care that he isn't paying for, we need some young 20 something's to sign up and pay well over the market rate. Of course nobody would willingly pay over the market rate .. so we must COMPEL THEM. Make it mandatory, and sic the IRS on them if they do not comply. Fines, asset confiscation, jail time.

All of this requires that the government snoop on every citizen, ergo over 16,000 IRS agents have been hired specifically to root out the miscreants and make them pay.

But Ol' Butch here, he got himself a dadgum good deal! Success!
