Now I look at the statistic of 4 black managers in the league and it is certainly very low but then the proportion of black players in the league is way, way above the percentage of black people in the population. Does this mean others are being discriminated against???

I was a big fan of Sol's (when he was with us) but I suspect the problem he may have when going for jobs, big ones certainly, is his mental strength. The time he went AWOL can't look good on his cv.
