MS Outlook and Gmail "Contacts" Sync, any recommendations please?

We have discussed this before and I have tried Sync2 but it keeps creating duplicates so I am not prepared to pay £39 for s/w that doesn't work properly.

Anyone here has a solution to this problem please?

It isn't as if you will be making new contacts everyday. At your age you will only be crossing them off
