The little blighters are forever whizzing around on the pavements of a morning these days, menacing passers-by with a potential nasty tap on the ankles, while mum/dad lags 100 yards behind hoping their little darling manages to brake in time before the next road junction and doesn’t end up underneath a vehicle. Once the delivery is complete, the parent now has to carry the thing home, or possibly even take it into work with them.

Spoiled brats imo. They should be made to walk.

You often see blokes in their suits zipping around bank on these.

They look rather silly.

seriously though, it's an incredibly tedious mode of transport.

Which is your key priority here? Maintaining high levels of homophobia or high levels of C02?

Dawdling tourists, slow-moving fat people, cyclists, clusters of furrin students taking the whole pavement outside language schools, runners and now scooterists. Hell in a handcart.

people find it relaxing, apparently, I find it frustratingly slow and very, very depressing.

nothing happens, and there is nothing new to see except endless, repetitive dreary moor.

The metropolis offers constant changes in architectural distractions, not to mention, erm, certain human distractions of a comlpetely non-gay kind.

They actively encourage it- and all the kids wear the proper safety gear.
No bad thing imo.
