bull****, even if you can tolerate it less. I can only go by your last example about negotiating but calmly putting the facts in front of them is good defending in my book.

My tolerance levels are actually improving with age. Maybe something to do with fact nearly everyone I work with is much younger and I give them benefit of the doubt that their ineptitude is due to lack of experience rather than dumbf**kedness. Otoh my (older than me) boss is a complete f**kwit..
