In my opinion he is good enough as a squad player but he is an idiot as he thinks he is better than he is, once he accepts that then he'll be an even better player as he'll put a bit more effort to improve.

Is that really what is holding him back professionally? Zlatan Ib is more egotistical and arrogant but has the ability to back it up.
