I used Gruyère in the tart itself with a bit of Parmesan on top. And just a pinch of fresh thyme. Served with a tomato and basil salad and a rocket and cucumber salad. Ace, it was.

I overcooked the tuna slightly. A little disappointing. The salad was good, though. Plenty of garlic in the dressing.

Either cook it or eat it as sashimi, but don't f*ck about serving it half raw, that's my thinking.
