I will be making a rocket and cannelini bean salad which, if the fishmonger arrives, will benefit from some seared tuna. If he doesn't make it, dinner will be a little dull.
It was an Ottolenghi recipe. I wasn't completely convinced, but that probably says more about me shortcutting the stock than anything tbh.
I'm currently roasting some vegetables as I've yet to eat.
