He explains that Mata was perfect in their old system but that he prefers Oscar ahead of him in the new system he wants to play to. Oscar was a super expensive player and a Brazilian intl, so it isnt like he has dropped Mata for Frimpong

I also don't understand your point re. Oscar being a super expensive player and that he plays for Brazil

Mata is £4m more expensive than Oscar and plays for the World and European Champions
