Football is weird. To think that only three weeks ago, we were supposed to be in terminal crisis

with an incompetent, dithering Hamlet of a manager in charge, and a poor squad.

Tomorrow we will go clear at the top top, won our first away game in the CL, and have the second most expensive player in England in the team. And, when you look at yesterdays's team photo, you realize how formidable the squad actually is. In a few weeks'time, our *bench* will include Vermaelen, Jenkinson, Monreal, Flamini, Wilshere, Rosicky, Ox, Podolski and Benndtner.

Enough to give you whiplash. Very, very strange sometimes...

The shock of that defeat obviously caused wenger and the squad to kick out the complacency they are frequently prone to.

Still haven't played a top side in their stride though. Spurs are
certainly much better than they were against us with new players
still gelling.
