This is the reply I just got. I didn't get an email from him on the 6th, but hey ho. All looks to be ending well.

Hi Marvellous Marve,

Thank you for your email. I had been awaiting confirmation from you as to the account to which the monies were to be returned to. The landlord confirmed on 6 September 2013 that there are no proposed deductions and the deposit can be returned in full and I emailed you on this day also.

If you can please confirm by return your account name, number and sort code the refund of monies will be processed accordingly.
