I buy a huge wardrobe in 4 different boxes on a trolley with wonky wheels go to the home delivery place wait ages to been served the bloke says it has to be delivered now or not at all. but I had some more shopping to do. Then I had a huge 'domestic' in the the middle of the place.
Also their idea of 'delivery' was sticking me in a minicab with all these boxes. Load of **** I'd have ordered it online if I knew about this hassle.
Rubbish service. I am sure this sort of thing works fine in Sweden and other parts of the world. What we have here is a European concept but with British customer service.
