away ..you have to try and get used to seeing them every couple of weeks for weekend and maybe game of squash on a mid week eve every other week.. I guess it will make uni seem easier tho and it does eman that the time you have together you try and make most of it rather than just not seeing each other if im looking for the half full side of things... plus lots of people round where i live ship the kids off to boarding school at 11 anyway so maybe our culture has got to molly coddle anyway..

Wife and I both went to boarding school, her at seven and both agreed we would never do it for our kids whatever happened. When I was working in Africa for a year we took them with us and enrolled them in a decent local school.

On a positive note the lad in the room next door is also an Arsenal fan so I expect lots of requests for use of season tickets this year although my son and I are going to the Stoke game together
