When the wife hears it and asks if it was me, most of the time I own up to it just so i don't have to do it again :hehe:

You do have to brush or comb their fur once in a while though.

Don't get Afghan hounds though; a complete nightmare life of shampooing and blowdrying.

thank God for Grandma.

Even then it was 2.5 hours max and I would ensure they were knackered or drunk before we got on the plane
