by driving it into a gully whilst navigating a particularly awkward and narrow winding road :homer:

They didn't look at the car when we returned it but they do have our credit card details. Excess charge is ¤1,500

What chance getting away with it? :-(

Or did you drop it out of hours and just dump the keys in a return box?

call them and tell them where the car is.
I've been watching some of this CK bloke you've mentioned.

Waiting in tantalising suspenders to see what comes up on our credit card :-(

We do know that we're being charged ¤50 euros for not giving the car back with a full tank of petrol (the only service station within miles was closed).

****bubbles :-(

I reckon you might be alright if they didn't bother to check it in there and then. Just say it was fine when you returned it, you were allowed on your way and have no idea what they are talking about.

although I do think that my card was fraudulently used as the table number changed and the signature looked nothing like mine......I just don't remember much of the night

Was very odd to stick my card in a machine to get a metro ticket not press any buttons and the ticket just came out.

Or they have these big pdq terminals where you have to sign but it's like when you sign for a parcel it looks nothing like your signature.

without notifying us first.

The damage was not too bad. Some of the bodywork had popped out, but it looked like it just needed some brute strength to knock it back in. There was also however a small gash in the bodywork that would need a bit of work to fix.

All because some fat **** of an Eytie woman made me reverse on a tight bend which made me panic and crash :-(

charge everyone 100¤ extra. Makes it a great business model.

These places have bodyshops that their cars go in and out of all the time. I doubt they'll bother charging you.
