Irish sports wimb. I was listening to TalkSport whilst in the car yesterday

They were saying that Irish football is suffering because young lads want to play the other sports you have over there instead of football. They said that although they may not pay as much cash, there is great pride to be had in playing for your county or whatever it is and that they sort you out with good jobs you have for life. Is this true?
