No use to you of course because I am in the free state however a few pointers.

The Samsung is f**king huge and fails the pocket test.
The iPhone is basically a phone no matter what any other c**t tries to tell you. Unless you’re appled up already then swerve.
They didn’t show my anything else as it was clear I was losing all interest and me and the sales lad were never going to proceed to pints.

Get some lad in the pub to rob you a tablet and stick with what you have. Win win.

hand experience to keep fresh before then by shadowing a GP that I've worked with before.

I am not looking forward to becoming a working man :-(

sector?

I base all of my knowledge here on reading a book once called Confessions of a GP or something.

Being a gp in an affluent area is a lot easier than a downtrodden inner city location. Epsom should be alright. Congrats by the way.

specialise in orthopedics or something. But for now I am happy to be a GP.

Surgeons face a much greater level of stress and some private consultants that I'm acquainted with work some seriously long hours under a great deal of stress.

I'm happy to admit that being a GP is the easy road. Though the rewards aren't quite as great, of course.

Writing prescriptions and giving referrals all over the place for the placebo effect? Or do you see yourself as the gatekeeper to the NHS and will protect the purse strings as though they are your own?

Then recently one who refused to refer me even though I had private healthcare and it wasn't even his purse he was protecting anymore.
