View Full Version : I often fancy a hot steak sandwich but then am always disappointed when it falls

apart as the steak is too tough to bite into. What am I doing wrong?

Wouldn't it be easier to cut the steak into bite-size chunks before placing onto the bread?

steak. A decent rump steak should be good enough - if in doubt, slice it thinly.

wine is pretty much my staple diet but I've no idea how they make them.

having them butter like tender. Cold though, so might not be applicable.

then grill / fry for a few minutes both sides. Allow to rest. Cut to suitable sandwich slices. Serve on white bread.
