He's a decent player, good backup option.

A top striker is the type of player we have been linked to earlier in the summer, a player that costs a lot more than 1.5 or 3m.

No problem with the lad coming, just a hell of a climbdown from the aforementioned players.

Personally if I was on the phone to Chelsea I would ask for Torres and see if Wenger can turn him back into the player he was.
