chezzers hanging back instead of flapping was a welcome improvement. A big change and he stuck with it the full 90'. Credit to him. Maybe the light bulb came on.

but these are the things that we can't see. How everyone gels as a team, how they feel about each other. In many ways that translates more on the pitch than your international pedigree.

Even in the best of cases (Arshavin) it is a risk. Look at Spurs today ... 11 quality international players wihtout a f**king clue how to play together.
