On kickoffs the kicker is often last man back on returns and expected to make a tackle....and marve says I don't know football :rolleyes:

The other thing not in his factor is that coaches traditionally go with the 'safe' option. Someone who has experience.
But he impressed enough to be 'in the mix'. Anytime a kicker honks a couple there is sure to be a Tuesday tryout for a new kicker. He'll get that invite.
