thinks it's good for the game for supporters to know that their manager may have an incentive to put his own earnings ahead of his team's success. So normally, nobody talks about it.

It did come up a couple of years ago; Ian Holloway mentioned that he got paid bonuses if and when he developed a player. Wenger was asked to comment on this and basically refused (I took this as a confirmation).

But as I say, the less said about it, the better.
