Spunk £25-30m on a Fellaini or another big c**t in the middle and go bargain hunting for the rest. Our squad aint that bad, it's more tactics and management than personnel IMO

We definitely need a CB (or a RB, if Sagna is going to be a CB), and a CF to compete with Giroud, ideally top proverbial drawer.

Plus some squad filler that should be better than the stuff we shipped out.

Arteta is tidy enough but I don't think has the attributes and legs for a position which I think needs someone to organise and enforce.

As for a CF, I wouldn't mind seeing Podolski given a go up there if we do sign an extra attacking midfielder/winger

does he have the other stuff that a central striker needs? Is he even fit enough to press and defend from the front? Is he good enough in the air? Can he hold the ball up and (**** this is getting cliche-laden) link play? :-

But yeah, I do like the He Shoots! He Scores! aspect to his game.
