And am no longer the proud owner of a rover
She died on me. She was gettig expensive and the costs of keeping her alive were becoming unbearable.
I now scuttle up and down the a12 in a Ford Focus, as miserable as sin.
RIP

2.0 engine shifts compared to the rover and the leather seats are comfy.
So, so uncomfortable though, compard to the rover. Its like being moved from business class to economy :hehe:

What was the big old one that preceded those ones. Mate of mines dad had a two tone one with walnut all over the place.

People love them, don't they? I'm happy for them. I hope they enjoy every moment with their stylish chariots.
Not my sort of thing, really.

When I went over the speed hump at the factory gate the glove box fell out. By the time I got to Germany, nothing worked. It was comical, really.

And such an expensive wife.
got out at pub and tried to close door...it slumped down about 2 inches and couldnt be closed..so parked it nearer the pub for security...then next day got farmer/mechanic to fix it :-) had a manual choke if i remember too...if it was warm but not cold it was like safwe breaking to get the choke the right amount so it started but not flood
