made a sauce with onions, garlic, chillies, tomato, cumin, nuts, dried apricots and whatever spices you like.

Slow cook then bung cooked meat in. Good if you've got pearl barley etc.

Fry it up and serve with flatbreads, tomato, shallot and parsley salad and humus.

without hurting myself or causing a major structural failure, so I go no where near DIY. Much simpler all round.
