View Full Version : For the first time in years we didn't let a high profile player leave.

Yet we are in more of a mess than any of those previous seasons.

I'd think this surpasses the summer Fabregas and Nasri left.

Now we will actually spend money on players we don't need. Any opportunity where we could improve is always f**ked up.
In the past it was always well such and such left.

This time it looks very grim. And to think I was thinking could be interesting this year. United with new manager, city new Manager. Chelsea with old/new manager. Tottenham without Bale.

What a f**king mess.

An "escalation of our financial firepower" resulting in zero escalation on the pitch. Its insane

For example I have no desire to know who Dick Law is.

anyone who has seen him play will know what i mean when i say i rather have walcott as right back.

uchida is quick and mobile but makes eboue look like a defensive genius, atleast eboue was strong enough, this boy isnt even physically able to survive as a defender in england.

Although confusingly, it's ok to refer to food as oriental.

i mean we have a good right back in sagna and good deputy in jenkinson, then we should go for villa's Matthew Lowton.

but i rather keep sagna as a right back, and simply sign a center half

in recent times is we don't have a player worth 20+m to sell :-)

Ivan still earned his big bucks bonus though by selling off - or unloading from the wage bill - most of the deadwood that Wenger had generously awarded multi-million wages and contracts to.
