BGM some mac questions.

I need a decent video player. I downloaded VLC but it only plays audio and not video. do I need to download some codecs or is there something else better. I am waiting for my broadband to be activated so it's a pain in the arse.

I haven't had to much time to play around with it.

I managed to get the update so it can recognise my android phone so that seems to work now.

I don't know where to start. For the first time in my life I feel like an old man.

I have mine arranged to be delivered the day we move into the new place and the line is due to be live by midnight that day as well. Is too good to be true if it goes as smoothly as that!

we've got the email and letter saying the line is set up. the new phone number but no bloody router. tomorrow is the 'expected' completion date.
