He's 100% correct that we should only buy better than we have, but by shipping out 17 players and only bringing in 1 we are in a situation where 2 or 3 injuries leaves us grossly understrength.

There is still 2 weeks to rectify the situation, I just wish we had done it prior to Saturday. Not that having 3 or 4 extra players in the squad would have made much difference then, the ref wasn't the best and we couldn't legislate for Gibbs and Chamberlain being injured so early in the game.
