I am sure it will be identical, except for me I am having BT in my new house and leaving Talk Talk in my old house.

I think the difference comes if there is a problem, other companies get to blame BT for problems. BT can't do that so easily. That is what the Openreach guy told me when he installed fibre at my old place, anyway.

It is more complicated for me as where I am moving to doesn't have fibre yet, but I don't need it there as the standard internet is fast enough.

But I thought BT were more expensive than TalkTalk on balance.

Also paid for 1 year's line rental in advance. What with changing supplier, paying the rental and not having to pay £10 to ESPN the 18 month deal has saved me £240

The f**kin YouView box won't clear the BT Sport channels unless you use their ****ty HomeHub router.

BT won't speak to me anymore because of my language during the last call.

Gonna use it through my Wii for the tv I think. My friend does it that way and I have watched one film at his house and thought the picture wasn't great. But that is the simplest way with my set up, I think. I don't have an internet tv and want to keep it simple.

I still have my skydish from previous sky so my domestic telly is Freesat as my telly has a decoder built in. Was thinking of ditching Virgin, need a better deal than I'm on from them really.

I am moving flat so my girlfriend is taking it out in her name to get 12 months half price from a friends and family deal for new customers.

I was thinking they would offer me something to stay, but they best they could do was 20% off for 9 months.

Sadly no longer friends with the Sky bloke I knew. Was trying to work out if you could qualify for 6 months free fibre internet if you bought friends and family without sport and then added it later. Not sure if there is a great deal of difference in the prices to be honest
