Unless a few players come in this team WILL NOT end up in top 4. I've been confident in the last few seasons that Arsene will get it right and will do enough to "compete". something does not seem right this season. Terrible summer, and the competitors arguably stronger. Could be a long season.

I still think Arsene will get some players in, although confidence is fading.
