Season with just seven defenders, having let djourou and miguel go on loan. With any other manager you would assume he was making space for a signing. Any other manager, any other club.

Of course it might be ok. But its a real gamble, especially with one of them already out for months.

Genius before the window closes. No manager in his right mind would think he has the resource's we currently have to compete at the top for 60 games.
