Clothes and perfumerie from Selfridges, cheese from Paxton & Whitfield, smoked eel from Fortnums. A much more pleasurable Saturday shopping spree than going to Westfield.

I mean, you are maybe paying double.

I'd invest in starting up a decent relationship with a decent butcher, there used to be one around Highbury Barn way I believe.

and create your own salt drying room big enough for a few steaks then buy them from butchers and pop in your own salt room imo

My old man works at Smithfield.

I shudder at the quality and price when I am caught short and need to buy meat from a supermarket.

You shouldnt be buying food to eat from F&M, you should be buying hampers for presents.

They'd tear me limb from limb in such a place and you know it. Why, my top hat would give me away almost instantly.

They also own a shop unit, an office in Marbella and a 4 bedroom apartment in Seville.

Her father is a well known architect in Marbella, but she was brought up to be thrifty and make things last.

And yeah, the family portfolio is quite good. But with 5 children, it is always going to be watered down somewhat by the time it reaches my gf.
